Vaibhav Srivastava Appointed as Country HR Head at ABB India

ABB, a renowned global force in electrification and automation, has named Vaibhav Srivastava as the Country Human Resources Head for its Indian operations.

In a recent announcement via LinkedIn, Srivastava expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently taken up the role of Country HR Head at ABB India and Global HRBP in Motion business.”

Srivastava transitions into this leadership role after previously serving as the Global HR Business Partner – Operation Centres and Common Functions within ABB’s Process Automation division. His extensive career with ABB spans over 17 years, underscoring a deep-rooted familiarity with the organisation’s culture and strategic vision.

Prior to joining ABB, Srivastava was associated with Mahindra & Mahindra, gaining valuable experience in talent and workforce management. Academically, he holds an MBA in Human Resources from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science Engineering from Rajasthan Agricultural University.

This appointment marks a significant step in ABB India’s HR leadership as it continues to strengthen its people-centric initiatives in a fast-evolving industrial landscape.
