Dapinder Singh Narula has been appointed as General Manager of Human Resources at Mankind Pharma, where he will lead the organisation’s Talent Management function.
As per the company’s official statement, Narula will be based in Delhi and report directly to Prateek Dubey, Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Mankind Pharma.
Narula brings with him more than 15 years of comprehensive experience across various facets of Human Resources. Most recently, he was associated with Jubilant FoodWorks, where he led Talent Management, Performance, Learning and Development, and HR Business Partnering.

His professional journey has also included impactful roles at Max Life Insurance, Adani Enterprises, Larsen & Toubro, and Ericsson.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Dapinder holds an MBA in Human Resources. He also earned a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
