Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform, has announced the opening of a new office in Gurgaon, and has plans to add more than 400 new engineers by the end of the summer. The new office is Sprinklr’s ninth location in Asia Pacific and second in India; the other office is located in Bangalore.
