Serving as the Head HR for India at Tredence, a pioneering provider of data science and AI solutions, has been promoted to the role of CHRO effective 1st July 2024. Nair, who joined Tredence in 2021 with her former designation, has played a pivotal role in steering the company’s talent management initiatives and bolstering its capabilities in data science, data engineering, and AI.
With over two decades of experience in the consulting sector, Nair has previously held senior positions at esteemed firms including Capgemini, Mphasis, and HCL Tech, where she was instrumental in driving global HR strategies and fostering organisational growth.

In her expanded capacity as CHRO, Nair will lead Tredence’s global HR strategy, cultivating a scalable talent framework and nurturing a culture of continual learning and innovation to propel the company’s trajectory. Her remit includes expanding training programmes across diverse disciplines, upskilling the workforce, and creating avenues for advancement in data science, data engineering, prescriptive AI, and generative AI to deliver heightened value to enterprise clientele.
