With a career spanning over two decades, Rustagi brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors including consumer goods, healthcare, financial services and e-commerce. Her tenure includes pivotal roles at Amazon, Max Health Care, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch and Hindustan Unilever. Most recently, Rustagi served as the CHRO at Paytm, where she honed her expertise in career and talent development, organisational structure and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Welcoming Rustagi, Gloria Chen remarked, “Swati’s leadership embodies Adobe’s values, and I am delighted to have her expertise on our global EX leadership team and guiding our India EX ecosystem. Adobe’s culture and people-centric approach has always inspired me, and I look forward to contributing to its mission and ensuring that our people are enabled and equipped to achieve their fullest potential.”
Adobe India has been a cornerstone of the company's global operations since its inception in 1997. Boasting a workforce of over 8,000 employees across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, it represents Adobe's largest contingent outside the United States. In a testament to its growth, Adobe recently expanded its Bengaluru operations by leasing an additional 2,000 seats in April 2023. India now constitutes a significant one-third of Adobe's global footprint, underscoring its critical role in the company’s vision of transforming the world through digital experiences.
