Bacardi India, a subsidiary of the renowned eponymous global spirits company, has appointed Radhika Tomar as Director of Human Resources for India and Southeast Asia. Operating from Bacardi’s Gurugram office, she will lead people strategy, strategic talent management and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion and employee engagement across the region.
Tomar brings 18 years of global HR leadership experience, spanning sectors such as FMCG, consulting, technology and consumer durables. Her impressive career includes pivotal roles at Kimberly Clark, Dyson, Microsoft India, McKinsey & Company and Aon Hewitt.
Before joining Bacardi, Tomar served as HR Director — India and Global Talent Activation Director at Kimberly Clark. She championed inclusion and equity across the company’s Asia Pacific division, led global talent programmes and enhanced divisional capabilities. Her tenure at Dyson was marked by her role as the Global Head of Learning & Development and Early Careers, where she shaped the company’s talent development strategy, led leadership programmes and mentored senior business leaders.

Tomar’s career also includes significant contributions at Microsoft India, where she managed HR operations and strategies for key business units. Her roles at McKinsey & Company and Aon Hewitt further highlight her expertise in leadership and organisational development.

She holds an MBA from XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major) in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
