KPMG in India has appointed Reena Wahi as Partner and Head of People, Performance, and Culture (PPC). Based in Mumbai, Reena will lead the human resources function, focusing on talent management, strategy, and professional development to support the firm’s growth.
Previously, Reena served as Senior Vice President at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, overseeing Human Resources, Sustainability, Technology, and Business Excellence. She has also worked with Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Aviva Global Services, American Express, EXL, General Electric, and Oberoi Hotels.

With over 25 years of experience, Reena brings expertise in organizational and culture transformation, change management, and talent engagement. Her background spans sectors such as real estate, consulting, financial services, GCCs, and hospitality. She has also developed and implemented governance, compliance, and enterprise risk frameworks.
Reena holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development & Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics and has completed an Executive Leadership and Management program from INSEAD Business School.
