1. Professional Development and Flexibility: Key Drivers of Job Satisfaction

From our poll, it is evident that professional development is a top priority for employees. Out of 1.2 million users, 49% (60,048) identified professional development as the most important benefit, while 40% (48,782) emphasised on the flexibility of work. These findings highlight that employees value opportunities to grow their skills and careers, as well as the ability to manage their work-life balance effectively.

When considering job offers, 47% (35,046) of 74,975 users found opportunities for professional growth most appealing, closely followed by work-life balance at 35% (26,372). This reinforces the importance of creating a workplace that supports both personal and professional growth.
