Farmley, one of India’s prominent healthy snacking brands, has announced the introduction of its Advance Payout Policy, a measure designed to enhance financial flexibility and promote greater wellbeing among its workforce. According to the company, the policy enables employees to draw their salaries at the start of each month, replacing the long-established practice of end-of-month disbursal.
The initiative sits at the heart of Farmley’s broader People First vision, a commitment to building a workplace defined by empathy, progressiveness, and meaningful employee engagement. The overarching framework seeks to enrich the employee journey through flexible working arrangements, ongoing learning opportunities, and holistic wellness initiatives.
By implementing this new policy, Farmley aims to ease the short-term liquidity pressures that employees often encounter, while nurturing a culture grounded in trust, empowerment, and collective responsibility.

Meha Teotia, Vice President—Human Resources at Farmley, said, “It’s a progressive step towards financial freedom for our employees. It puts control directly in their hands, allowing them to access earnings when they need them most, instead of waiting for payday. By removing the rigidity of the traditional pay cycle, we’re building a workplace where flexibility, trust, and employee empowerment go hand in hand.”
Echoing this sentiment, Akash Sharma, Co-Founder of Farmley, added, “We view financial wellbeing as an essential part of an employee’s holistic growth. By introducing early salary access, we are bridging a critical gap in financial agility, ensuring that our people have the resources they need when they need them. Initiatives like this reinforce our belief that when employees feel secure and supported, the entire organisation benefits.”
Farmley’s latest policy underscores its intention to redefine employee support systems and cultivate a more responsive and people-centred work culture.
