Nupur brings nearly 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles across a diverse range of global organisations. Prior to joining Optiv, she served as Regional Human Resources Director at Abbott.

Academically accomplished, Nupur holds an MBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Master’s in Labour Law and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Law School, Pune University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.
