All Things Talent July Edition

The banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industry has been an attractive sector for top talent due to its competitive compensation packages, job security, and stable career growth opportunities. Despite ongoing attrition issues, the top four banks have added approximately 87,000 jobs in the past four years. The March 2023 Naukri Jobspeak Index predicts a sharp increase in job creation in the BFSI sector in the near future, with banking leading the way. 

As a result, the sector is experiencing a number of talent trends. This edition thus documents the most recent policies and talent strategy developments from leading companies in the sector.
