With an illustrious career spanning 28 years, Amitabh brings a wealth of expertise in human resource management and organisational development. Before joining IndusInd Bank, he served as the CHRO at ICICI Home Finance, where he spent over two decades within the ICICI group, making significant contributions to its people and culture strategies.

Earlier in his career, Singh was associated with several renowned organisations, including L&T, Atos Origin India, Tata Interactive Systems, and Mphasis, according to an official statement.
An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, he holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR).
His appointment reinforces IndusInd Bank’s commitment to fostering strong leadership and nurturing a dynamic workforce aligned with its long-term growth vision.
