All Things Talent Dec 2021 coverAfter a tepid last year, it’s welcoming to see the job market steadily surpassing the pre-pandemic level, by and large led by the demand for tech talent. As per Naukri JobSpeak October month data, the tech-hiring saw yearly growth of 85 percent, led by large IT firms. The December edition of All Things Talent deep dives into that demand and the importance of investing in people with skills for the future.
