Aarti Nagpal has joined FCB Group India as its Chief Talent Officer. FCB Group is one of India's leading communications network company.

Aarti was associated with Publicis Groupe as Senior Vice-Preisdent and Head of Talent. In her 17 year long career, she has worked with Future Retail, Welspun Group, Synergy Adlabs, Raymond and Zee Entertainment Enterprise.
Nagpal holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management / Personnel Administration from Welignkar Institute of Management.
