In a strategic leadership reshuffle, leading fintech company One MobiKwik Systems has announced the promotion of Saurabh Dwivedi to the role of CTO.
Dwivedi, who joined MobiKwik in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Engineering, will now spearhead the firm’s technological strategy across its payments ecosystem, financial services, core platform, infrastructure, and information security units. According to an official company statement, he will concentrate on "leveraging AI for product development, efficient collections, and customer experience enhancement".
With more than two decades of expertise in technology leadership, Dwivedi brings a wealth of experience to the role, including a significant tenure of nearly ten years at MakeMyTrip, one of India’s premier online travel companies.

In a parallel development, MobiKwik has also elevated Dhruv Wadhera to the position of Senior Vice President for Offline Payments. Wadhera has served as Vice President and Head of Offline Business for the past two years and now takes on broader responsibilities in the company's strategic expansion in offline commerce.
Wadhera, like Dwivedi, holds over 20 years of industry experience, with a track record that includes senior leadership roles at Zomato and successful entrepreneurial ventures.
These key leadership appointments underscore MobiKwik’s commitment to strengthening its executive bench as it continues to scale operations and innovate across digital finance and payment solutions.
