
Archana Bhaskar, Chief Human Resources Officer at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, will step down from her role on 30 November 2025. The company confirmed that she has decided to resign in order to pursue other interests.
With a career spanning nearly three decades, Bhaskar has held senior leadership positions in human resources at Shell and Unilever before joining Dr Reddy’s. Over the past eight years, she has been instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s people strategy and leadership culture.

An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Bhaskar is widely regarded for her expertise in talent development, organisational transformation and leadership building.
