In parallel with its workforce expansion, Samsung is accelerating its technological footprint. The company announced that it aims to deliver the Galaxy AI experience to over 400 million devices worldwide by the end of 2025.
Since debuting the world’s first AI-powered handset, the Galaxy S24 series, in 2024, Samsung has broadened its AI ecosystem by embedding multimodal intelligence into wearables, tablets, PCs and beyond. The momentum has been remarkable, with over 70% of Galaxy S25 users engaging with Galaxy AI and the recent Galaxy Z series launch extending its reach further through One UI 8.
Popular AI functions include Photo Assist and Audio Eraser, the former seeing nearly double the usage among Galaxy S25 owners compared with S24 users. Samsung’s collaboration with Google has also been pivotal, integrating features such as Gemini Live and Circle to Search, the latter now used daily by more than half of Galaxy S25 users.
Together, Samsung’s dual strategy of large-scale hiring and AI innovation signals its commitment not only to technological leadership but also to national and global economic growth.
