Before his appointment at Allana Group, Sen held the position of Head of Human Resources and Infrastructure & Services at Mahindra Home Finance, a part of the esteemed Mahindra Group. Sen’s academic credentials include a Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, equipping him with a robust foundation in HR and organisational management.
