Verma brings with him extensive experience in the cement and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining JK Lakshmi Cement, he served as Cluster Head of HR at Ambuja Cements. His career also includes key HR roles at UltraTech Cement, T.V. Sundram Iyengar & Sons, Methodex Systems, and Alpine Biotech.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Punjab Technical University and a Master of Social Work in Labour Welfare and Personnel from the Indore School of Social Work.
Verma’s appointment signals JK Lakshmi Cement’s continued investment in building a strong people-focused leadership team to support its growth ambitions.
