Prior to joining Parle Biscuits, Apoorva was associated with Cohizon Life Sciences, where she served as Director and Head of People Development and Business HR. In this role, she was instrumental in driving organisational development and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
Her professional journey also includes stints at Cipla, Infosys, Synapse Information Services and Usha International, giving her a broad-based understanding of HR practices across diverse sectors.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and is expected to play a key role in advancing Parle Biscuits’ international talent strategy.
