Real estate major DLF has announced the appointment of Deepti Kapoor as Head of Human Resources for its Rental Business, reinforcing its leadership bench with a seasoned people strategist.
Deeptik brings more than 23 years of diverse professional experience spanning real estate, financial services, telecommunications, media and hospitality. Her appointment is expected to strengthen DLF’s human capital strategy as the company continues to expand and optimise operations within its rental portfolio.
Before joining DLF, she served as Managing Director and Head – People & Culture for India, Southeast Asia and APAC Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield, where she played a pivotal role in shaping regional workforce strategy and organisational culture.

Over the course of her career, Deepti has held leadership positions at several prominent organisations, including Max Life Insurance, Aircel, Unitech, HT Media, ING Vysya Bank and Grand Hyatt. Her cross-industry exposure has contributed to a reputation for driving organisational transformation and talent development initiatives.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Human Resources) from FORE School of Management, underscoring her academic grounding in people management and organisational leadership.
