Korn Ferry has welcomed Smriti Parvatam on her return as a Partner, Consulting for India. In her last position, Smriti played a key role in shaping leadership and talent strategies for prominent organisations. While there, she developed and executed interventions for executive teams, focusing on strategies for transforming people and culture in leading global companies.
