Meghana Rao has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Tata AIG General Insurance Company.
Bringing more than two decades of expertise in human resource management, she has held leadership roles in some of India’s most prominent organisations. Before joining Tata AIG, she served as Director of Human Resources at Flipkart. Her earlier career includes key positions at ICICI Bank and Larsen & Toubro, where she developed strong proficiency in talent strategy, organisational development and employee engagement.

Meghana holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, along with a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Her appointment emphasises Tata AIG’s focus on bolstering its leadership capabilities as it navigates the changing dynamics of the insurance industry.
