
Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Niharika Mohan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Greater India zone, reinforcing the company’s focus on people-led growth and organisational excellence.
“We’re happy to share that Niharika Mohan has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Schneider Electric Greater India Zone, effective January 1, 2026,” Schneider Electric shared in a LinkedIn post.
“With over two decades of global HR leadership experience, Niharika will steer our People & Culture strategy. She will focus on strengthening our talent strategy, accelerating leadership development, and fostering a culture of inclusion and performance—key pillars of our Great People priorities,” added the company.

Niharika has been associated with Schneider Electric since 2008 and currently serves as Vice President – Human Resources, Secure Power, International. Over the years, she has played a critical role in shaping and advancing the company’s global human capital agenda.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Niharika worked with Hewitt Associates. She began her professional career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2000, building a strong foundation in human resources that has since evolved into a distinguished leadership journey.
