Curefit Healthcare (cult.fit) has announced the appointment of Nimesh Mathur as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this pivotal role, Mathur will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the organisation, including talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and the enhancement of a progressive organisational culture.
Bringing nearly two decades of diverse, cross-functional expertise, Mathur joins Curefit with a wealth of experience across multiple industries. Most recently, he founded and led his own HR consulting firm, where he honed his skills in talent strategy and leadership development. Prior to this, Mathur served as the Head of People & Culture at Jio Haptik. His career also includes leadership positions in customer success and revenue teams at high-growth unicorn startups such as Branch Metrics, Pluralsight, and HackerRank.

Mathur holds a BTech degree in Electricals, Electronics, and Communication Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
