With nearly two decades of expertise spanning Finance, Corporate Compliance, Taxation, and Auditing, Bihani’s promotion represents a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth trajectory.
Joining Pepperfry in 2019 as Assistant Vice President of Finance, Bihani swiftly rose through the ranks, taking on the role of Vice President—Finance in 2021. During his tenure, he has been pivotal in driving the company’s expansion, instilling financial discipline, enhancing operational efficiencies, and strengthening the organisation's compliance frameworks. His contributions have been integral in boosting profitability, streamlining financial processes, and supporting key strategic initiatives.
As CFO, Madhusudan Bihani will assume responsibility for overseeing Pepperfry’s corporate strategy, financial planning, and operations, as well as leading fundraising activities and managing legal and corporate affairs.
