Non-banking finance company, IIFL Finance has announced the appointment of Preeti Kannan as President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining IIFL, she was with Kotak Mahindra Bank as the Head of HR at for Retail Asset, Corporate Functions, Technology and the Head of People Engagement.
Kannan is a seasoned HR leader with 25 years of experience as a hiring and strategy leader at various Indian and Multinational Corporations.
She was also at the helm of people affairs at Bajaj Finance, Fujitsu Consulting, Oracle Financial Services, Mindtree and Symbiosis College.
In her public note, Kannan said, "I am thrilled to join IIFL and excited to lead the change in driving digital transformation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in the financial sector.”
Kannan holds MBA in HR from Pune University and her Masters in Psychotheraphy and Counselling from Mumbai University.
