MobiKwik has strengthened its leadership bench with the appointment of Rajat Bansal as Senior Director and Head of Talent Acquisition, signalling a renewed focus on building robust people capabilities to support its growth ambitions.
Confirming the development, Bansal announced his new role on LinkedIn, stating, “I’m pleased to share that I’ve joined MobiKwik as Senior Director – Head of Talent Acquisition.”

Bansal brings more than two decades of extensive professional experience across talent acquisition and human resources. Before joining MobiKwik, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Freecharge.
Over the course of his career, Bansal has also held key roles at Tata 1mg, Damco Solutions and Quovantis Technologies, building a reputation for driving strategic hiring initiatives and scaling high-performing teams across diverse organisations.
