
Force Motors Ltd has announced the appointment of Rishi Luharuka as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 10 June 2025. He will serve in the capacity of Group CFO. The decision follows the resignation of Sanjay Kumar Bohra, who stepped down from the role on 9 June.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing on Monday, confirming Bohra’s resignation through a letter dated 9 June. “The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Bohra, as Chief Financial Officer during his tenure,” the filing stated.

Luharuka’s elevation was sanctioned by the Board of Directors following recommendations from both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
The leadership reshuffle also includes the induction of Luharuka into the senior management team from 10 June. Additionally, Ananya Bhattacharjee, Senior Divisional Manager (Corporate Communications), joined the senior leadership from 9 June.
