Shamita Mukherjee has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Firstsource Solutions, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM) services and part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.
With an impressive career spanning three decades in human resources, entrepreneurship and consulting, Mukherjee brings a depth of experience that will support Firstsource’s ongoing transformation. She previously served as Global CHRO for the BPM business at Infosys, where she led people strategy across global operations.
