Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) has confirmed the resignation of Anurag Mantri from his role as Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). According to a regulatory filing made by the company on Friday, Mantri’s departure will take effect from the close of business hours on April 4, 2025.
The filing further stated that Mantri has stepped down to pursue new professional opportunities, marking the end of his tenure at the helm of the company’s financial and executive management.
