India’s real estate giant DLF recently announced a new name for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position—Badal Bagri. He commences his duties from December 6th onwards. With over 30 years as a professional, Badal is a Chartered and a Cost Accountant.
Badal joins DLF from Jio Mart Digital where he served as the business head before which he held key positions in companies like Bharti Airtel, Aircel Limited, Micromax Informatics, General Electric India, Coca-Cola India and ICI Paints with which he started his career.

DLF stated that, following the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, "the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. December 3, 2024, has approved the appointment of Badal Bagri as CFO, designated as Group CFO of the Company w.e.f. 6th December 2024."
After earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta, he completed his CWA in costing from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and CA in Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
