Reliance Retail's beauty platform Tira got its CEO in Bhakti Modi. Seen as one of the youngest CEOs within the Reliance Group, Bhakti has earlier assisted Isha Ambani, who is on the board of Reliance Retail Ventures. Bhakti is the daughter of Mukesh Ambani's closest associate Manoj Modi, who is on the board of Reliance Retail, EIH and Jio Platforms.
Bhakti has been associated with Reliance Retail ever since its launch by Isha Ambani in April 2023. She has helped the brand in strategy and execution as part of the leadership team.

As per this report by ETHR, In August 2022, Modi was also inducted as a director at Reliance Brands and drew a renumeration of Rs 5 crore in FY24.
Tira competes with Nykaa, Tata Cliq and Myntra in the beauty segment. Along with its online stores, the brand is present in many Indian cities.
According to a Redseer report, India's beauty and personal care market will expand the fastest among the comparable countires in size ith the compounded growth rate projected at 10% between 2022 and 2027.
