The SAR Group has appointed Mili Dutta as the Head of Human Resources of its Electric Mobility Division. Mili joins the company holding the same designation in another company—EverEnviro Resource Management Private Limited.
She has a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector with over 20 years in the domain where she held key positions in brands and companies like Teneco, Suzlon Group, Indus Towers, and Viom Networks.
Mili expressed her enthusiasm via LinkedIn as she began her new journey with SAR Electrical Mobility.
Her education qualifications include a B.Sc degree in Geology/Earth Science, General and an MBA in Human Resource Development, both from Savitri Phule Pune University. Along with her professional career, she’s also pursuing PhD in HRM from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management and Research in Pune.
