Pure Storage has appointed Nupur Mehta as the Regional HR Director of Asia Pacific & Japan. Nupur shall be based out of Singapore and oversee the HR operations across Asia- Pacific and Japan. She is expected to solidify companies' growth and learning environment to enable diversity, equity and inclusion.
Prior to her onboarding at Pure Storage, Nupur served the position of Senior VP of Human Resources at Nium. She also held several important positions with brands like Amazon, AON Consulting, and HCL Technologies.
Nupur has been in the HR space since two decades and has helped major tech players with growth and learning. She excels in aligning business objectives with people strategy, driving organisational change and managing scale and complexity in high-growth environments.
