
OPPO India, a leading global smart device brand, has entered into an agreement with BITS Pilani to upskill its R&D engineers and to strengthen their technical knowledge through various courses.
Under the partnership, BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) division will support OPPO that aims to develop its engineers from India R&D team in various emerging technology areas including network, imaging, and extended reality
The program, sponsored by OPPO, will nominate candidates through a structured admission process. BITS Pilani WILP will use fully functional and regularly-maintained equipment & software in their virtual & remote labs that are open for students 24×7 throughout the year, and will also provide them with the course handouts, video lectures that can be attended at the students’ convenience, simulations & industry-specific case studies as part of the detailed academic programme.

On the other hand, OPPO has also collaborated with leading institutions to promote research in the field of science and technology.
