ManipalCigna Health Insurance recently announced Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee as its new CHRO. With over 20 years of experience as a human resource veteran, Richa will be in charge of ManipalCigna’s HR strategies which will include driving the company’s people agenda, manifesting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusivity and streamlining HR practices to bolster organisational growth.
Before assuming her present duties, she served India Infoline Finance Limited as the President and CHRO. Before her erstwhile stint, she spent her years working for companies like Network18, Viacom18, The Boston Consulting Group and Tata Motors.
