Sanjay Gawde, who has been heading the Group Talent Management at Mahindra Logistics has been promoted to Head of Human Resources and Administration. This comes after the resignation of Edwin Lobo who is currently holding the position in the organisation.
Lobo tendered his resignation on the 22nd of July citing personal commitments and will terminate on the 30th of September as reported by Economic Times. Gawde has experience of over 22 years as an HR personnel starting as an Assistant Manager at General Electric and over the years has excelled in domains such as Talent Management, HR Operations, Rewards, Industrial Relations, ITeS, Manufacturing, Financial and Consulting Services.
An alumnus of the University of Mumbai where he completed his Master's in Management Studies (Personnel Management), he has previously worked with Hewitt Associates, John Deere, Lupin, EXL Service and Pencilworks.
