Servotech Power Systems had appointed Digvijay Kapoor as the VP-Human Resources. Servotech is the leading prodcer of EV chargers and solar solutions. Kapoor comes with a two decade old experience in human resource management.
As per this statement by the company, the new VP-HR, Kapoor will lead HR initiatives across the group companies, with a focus on strategic leadership, talent acquisition and development and creating a value-driven workplace.
Before his assignment with Servotech, Kapoor ventured into entreprenuership. He started an HR technology startup and took up consulting projects. He has previously worked with Wipro, Askme.com, Bada Business and Aero Plast.
