The appointment comes as a strategic move to help the company enhance talent and organisational capabilities.
With over 32 years of experience under his belt, Dr. Rajesh Mohan Rai is a renowned HR strategist and business coach, previously holding key positions in different organisations. Prior to his arrival at Servotech, he was in charge as Principal Consultant – Director at HR Anexi, Director- Human Resources at Nivio Technologies Pvt. Ltd., HR Regional Head (South) at Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and Head of Recruitment & HR (RGE & Services) at Microsoft Corporation, among others.
