With 17+ years of experience as an HR veteran in the FMCG industry, Sharad Tyagi has a new designation to add to his name — the Head of HR at Cornitos. The leading snack brand roped in Tyagi, previously the Senior Manager, HR at the JMA Food Group.
While holding the position he is already spearheading initiatives to create a dynamic and inclusive work environment, innovate hiring strategies and employee engagement programmes that align with Cornito’s vision and values. He aims to attract, develop and retain top talent that bolsters the company to keep prospering as a people-first organisation.
Tyagi had previously worked with the Dharampal Satyapal Group as the Plant Head — HR. He had completed his MBA degree in the field he’s pursuing from Rai Business School.
