Dhariwal, who has been with Sun Pharma in various leadership capacities since 2021, earlier served as the Deputy GM and Head GM and Head - HR & Administration, while heading the company's most critical regulatory plants with a force of 4000 people - OSD and Injectible.

Bhaskar brings over two decades of experience in human resources, operations, and administrative management. His expanded role will likely focus on accelerating the company’s workforce transformation, driving operational efficiencies, and enhancing employee experience across its manufacturing and corporate units.
This move also comes at a time when the pharmaceutical sector is undergoing rapid evolution, with digitisation, compliance, and workforce agility emerging as key priorities.
Bhaskar boasts an impressive background, having previously held positions at esteemed organisations such as Hero MotoCorp, Mahindra Logistics, Essar, and Reliance.
