TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, has announced the appointment of R Vaidhyanathan as its new Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 April 2025. The decision was ratified by the company’s board of directors during a meeting held on Thursday, according to an official statement.
Vaidhyanathan, who is currently serving as Deputy Global CFO, will be based in Chennai and will report directly to Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director of TVS SCS. He succeeds Raviprakash Bhagavathula, the incumbent Global CFO, who will transition into the role of Head of Strategic Initiatives. Bhagavathula will be based in Singapore and will continue to report to Viswanathan in his new capacity.
With a tenure at TVS SCS dating back to January 2019, Vaidhyanathan has held multiple key financial leadership roles, including Group Financial Controller and CFO for the company’s India operations. His extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency has played a pivotal role in the organisation’s sustained growth.

Vaidhyanathan is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Postgraduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. His elevation to the role of Global CFO marks a strategic step forward for TVS SCS as it continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its financial framework.
