Yellow.ai Appoints Neeru Mehta as CHRO

Yellow.ai, a CX Automation Platform, appoints Neeru Mehta as its first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This top management hire comes on the heels of the brand announcing its plans to expand globally and hire talent across verticals.

As the CHRO, Neeru will be tasked with strengthening the employer branding strategy and people culture at Yellow.ai, especially for new regions and bolstering the leadership team that has grown by 50 percent across markets in the last two quarters.

With a workforce that is already 700+ people strong, Yellow.ai aims to cross 1000 employees globally in 2022. Yellow.ai will ramp up its hiring plans across new markets including Southeast Asia, the US, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Neeru Mehta joins Yellow.ai with 22 years of experience across diverse roles including Human Resources, Consulting, Project Management and philanthropy. Prior to joining Yellow.ai, Neeru was the Senior Vice President- Global Head – Organisation Effectiveness for Global Logic, a Hitachi Group Company. She also led the CSR initiatives at GlobalLogic. Neeru has also carried out senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Birlasoft.

Raghu Ravinutala, CEO and Co-founder, Yellow.ai, said that they are delighted to have Neeru on board as the organisation’s first-ever CHRO.

Over the past year, Yellow.ai has grown 470% in recurring revenue adding more than 300 people across the globe, with 80% of the total workforce based in India. The company is going to hire talents across verticals including sales, marketing, service and core engineering such as product and platform development with 20% opportunities earmarked for freshers.
