As a member of the core leadership team, Samra will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining diverse talent, strengthening growth opportunities for them, and driving an agile culture driven by productivity and accountability to aid Hero Vired’s next phase of growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and People Management, Samra has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, rewards systems, and L&D initiatives for senior leadership and the staff. Before joining Hero Vired, Samra was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Centum Learning.
