Prashant joins the organisation following his tenure as HR Lead – Colgate Global Business Services at Colgate-Palmolive, where he played a pivotal role in advancing people strategy and operational excellence across global service functions.

Bringing nearly two decades of human resources expertise, his career reflects a diverse portfolio of leadership assignments spanning financial services, consulting and shared services environments. His previous professional engagements include roles at Standard Chartered Bank, BA Continuum and Capgemini, where he contributed to talent transformation initiatives and organisational capability building.
Academically, Prashant holds a Master’s degree in Labour Studies & Human Resources from NM Lokhande Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, equipping him with a strong foundation in industrial relations and workforce management.
His appointment is expected to support Jio BlackRock Investment Advisers’ strategic growth ambitions, with a focus on cultivating a high-performance culture and strengthening talent frameworks across the enterprise.
